Shipping was actually very fast. Never came with any instructions but was very easy to finger out. Everything that was factory still works and didn’t loose and functionality. When I first installed it I had no sound and there two wires that you take out of the factory harness and it just clips in to the new hardness and everything works as it should. I’m very happy with the product and the seller. seller answered every question I had. Would buy from seller again
