    My Handy Cam Experience.

    I bought this second hand as a repalcement for one lost / stolen in the early 2000s. I wanted it because I remember the ease of use. The night vision is a simple switch and gives a very good picture. The better picture quality in most lighting conditions must be because of the seemingly larger lense and the wider Hi-8 tape. I find mini-DV requires bright lighting otherwise the auto-focus fails. It connects easily with USB-2, fire-wire and also composite or S-video. It can be used to record from TV or VCR also, and connects to the AV input on the TV. The menus is also easier than these mini-DV models allowing fairly quick changes to functional modes. It is not heavy and allows good grip and reach of the recording / pause buttons etc.. The zoom is adequate for normal casual videos. Why they ...

    i decides to buy this camera because it is a model that no longer exists again, and as the only way I found to be able to read the old tape of camcoder.
