Sadly the seller didn’t note in the description or in any of the listing images that this ‘brand new’ book had some staining along the edges of the pages.     Gives guidance

    I purchased the book because I wanted to learn more about the Budwig Diet. It gives more explanation than other sources, and sample diets. I did not read the whole book, so can't comment on the rest of it, but I did scan some of the other chapters and found that they measured up to what I read other places.
