    Get this book and it will open your eyes as to a unique and pivotal person who pushed surfing and the lifestyle to classic excess Amazing photos and inside look at a shadowy figure who was an conic figure in the early days of surf culture. Author was there and documented the rise and fall of the entire explosion. Highly recommended and you don’t have to be a surfer to enjoy this volume
