    YAY YOGA

    I really wanted a beginner's guide to YOGA and I do believe that is what I got. What I'm starting to realize however is that there is no easy beginning to YOGA. I am determined though so I'm going to make this work. This is the best one that I personally have come across. I own quite a few YOGA DVD's. After working with this one I may even be able to do one of the other ones.

    Recommend Shiva Rea flow yoga for beginners

    One of my workout friends highly recommeded Shiva Rea's flow yoga for beginners. I have done some yoga but not on a regular basis and I like the slower pace of this yoga workout. Shiva Rea explains each move and allows enough time for me to hold each pose and feel the stretch. I have bought and sold other beginner yoga dvds because they just moved too fast for me. I highly recommend this beginner's yoga dvd to others who are looking for a slower pace, methodical, and calming yoga workout.

    wife loves it! uses it all the time. great for relaxing and peace. easy to learn. i would recommend this dvd training to anyone. thanks for the great product.
