No issues with this purchase. Excellent packaging protected the contents which arrived in the same condition as pictured in the ad. I have several Swiss Army knives and plan to keep this one unopened in the plastic wrapped tin box. I bought one of these (Packers) for my brother in law and he loves the knife with its logo.
