The unit was very well packed. I purchased the unit on Dec. 8th and did not see any shipping / tracking info. On Dec.12th I contacted the seller as to if the unit had been shipped and needing a tracking number. I did receive an immediate response that it was shipping that day. I don’t know what the 4 day delay to get the product on the road was - except that it was Christmas. Quality was very good, however!
