Seller described Customer Return bath sheet towel as being NEW. It's price was ($60.00). Unfortunately for us, it was apparently USED CARELESSLY - before - returning to store - as it has FIVE (5) pulled threads; four (4) on one side and one (1) on the other. Messaged this damage to seller days ago. She has FAILED TO RESPOND. This is NOT a NEW towel, as she advertised. It is a $60 DAMAGED towel.

We apologized for the damaged towel. The original tags were still attached to the towel that your received, so the towel was not used. Towels are shipped without protection so some thread pulls may happen. This is stated in our description of the item. We offered two different options to correct this matter. You could have returned the towel or accept an partial refund. You agreed and accepted the partial refund. We did what our part to correct this matter.
