About this product

Product Information

Cookie Monster and Big Bird headline this educational-themed collection of mini-games aimed at preschoolers. As the title suggests, the focus on this title is on enhancing a youngster's counting, number identification, pattern recognition, and shape identifying skills through a series of whimsical activities. Explore five areas of the carnival, from the grandstand and rides to the petting zoo, concession stand, and the arcade. Also included is a Cookie Monster cloth Wii Remote cover so young hands will more easily recognize the specific buttons needed to play.

My 2 year old loves this game!

Great game for a toddler. My son loves to make Cookie Monster swing the hammer and hear the ding.

  • Good, but takes a little patience

My little one is not yet two years old. I jumped the gun a little here as he is not quite ready for it yet. It takes a bit of dexterity to point the wiimote at the correct answers and the math skills aren't quite there yet either. I'll definitely get it back out eventually. He already likes the game at least for a while although it does require patience as each little game loads.

  • great addition to our wii game collection

We got this for our 3yr old for christmas and she just loves it. It focuses on counting and sets goals with rewards in the completion. All the characters make it fun and keep her attention. Only down fall is trying to figure out how to hold the wii remote and move it to the correct answer she tends to get frustrated because it doesnt work as well as it shows. But overall excellent rating and we look forward to buy the elmos a to z adventure.

  • Sesame Street Carnival of Ehhh

While the idea is spectacular, the follow through is lacking. Subtle details become annoying very quickly. The dialogue never matches the mouths of the characters. My 3 year old may not notice, but it just about gives me a headache. Game plan is intentionally simple, but from Sesame Street I would have expected a little bit more creativity (there's an awful lot of JUST shake left or right). Also, for nearly $40, I would have expected slightly better graphics. They have better graphics on Sesame Street itself for goodness sake!

  • I'd recommend cookie monster's carnival for young gamers.

bought this for my 4 year old and she and I both love it. It's been great for counting and matching skills. As well as solving a few higher order thinking questions. The only thing I don't like about it is the design and general lay out of some of the screens.
