When i first received this i tried to verify it would at least boot but I couldn't get it to boot at all.I thought maybe it was because it didn't have a cpu so i tried the i7-4785T which this should take but it boots up with a flashing red, green, blue, white, black screen and never gets past that. I have no idea if its the cpu or the mini and since i couldn't verify it worked when i received it, I'm left to wonder if this was bad when i got it.

I am sorry to hear the issue and any inconvenience it may cause you. To debug the issue, first you need to have a good CPU and a memory stick. Second, try to boot the mini with CPU and memory only. That's the simple system setup to test the motherboard. You can return it and get a full refund if you are not satisfied.
