    Nice to the touch, light and OK to type on

    The keyboard is light, and has short travel time, however the size and weight of the Surface Pro makes it important to have lightweight solution. Its fuzzy to the touch, so you will have to take care with stains, as its not easy to clean.

    Type Cover 2 Betters Touch Cover

    I have two Surface Pro 2 with a Touch Cover and a Type Cover for each. First, the Touch Cover was somewhat difficult to use, slowing my typing, Another mark against it is that it soils very easily. The Type Cover not only exceeds the TC in these areas, but just seems more solid. Since the Covers also protect the SP2's touchscreen. Although I am fond of the Type Cover, it simply doesn't equal the performance of many detached keyboards, so I can;t give it 5 stars.

    A great Type Pad

    Very Good Replacement Alternative.

    The item is in almost pristine conditions there are no visible wear marks on it. Once the keyboard is connected to the Surface it has no issues of connectivity or touch pad lagging. The overall condition of the cloth covering is very well preserved. There are no areas suggesting repair nor loss of adhesive. The keyboard is working as it should, the recoil from the keys is consistent and identical in all of the keys suggesting there is no over use. The magnet for the surface connection works just as the original keyboard used to, impressive magnetic strength and immediate connection to the surface.

    Brand new in the package?!
