Seller delivered a non-working motherboard with a serial number differing from the one pictured. Note that the description of the item states "Motherboard was pulled from a working console with zero issues present. Motherboard only as pictured." When I asked for an exchange of the motherboard to that with the serial number shown in the picture, the seller refused and instead made up the description that they could ship any motherboard in place of the one pictured. Stay away from this seller.

10 years of online selling and this is by far the WORST customer we have ever had. We shipped a motherboard to this customer, upon receipt they DEMANDED we ship a replacement because the SERIAL NUMBER of the pictured motherboard did not match - ON A LISTING THAT HAS MULTIPLES AVAILABLE WHICH WONT EVER MATCH THE STOCK PHOTO. They are now stating their motherboard is non functional nearly a WEEK after receiving it. We have pulled 200+ motherboards and ONLY sell working parts that are tested
