About this product

Product Information

"Rowdy" Roddy Piper, the former WWF superstar, stars in this ultra campy low budget post apocalyptic thriller as Sam Hell, one of the few fertile males left on Earth after WWIII. Rescued from torture by a government official, Sam is outfitted with a genital monitor and sent, along with an attractive Medtech officer named Spangle (Bergman), to fertilize as many females as he can. However, when Hell and Spangle discover that the nefarious Captain Toty, the ruler of a city populated by half-human/half-frog mutants, has taken a number of healthy human females captive, they invade Frogtown to rescue the captive women. An often funny and genuinely effective sci-fi thriller, HELL COMES TO FROGTOWN is good freakish fun for those with a taste for camp.

    Moronic entertainment, but worth seeing Sandahl Bergman

    I bought this movie for two reasons only. One, it featured the incomparably lovely Sandahl Bergman, the greatest love of my misspent youth. Two, it only cost a buck. The acting is wooden, the story is thin (nearly non-existent) and whoever wrote the score was probably on tranquilizers. All of that being said, there are a few laughs, the frog costumes are reasonably good, and Sandahl is in most of the scenes. That alone makes it worth a buck to me! Go ahead, take a chance.

    Campy and Fun

    Hell Comes to Frogtown highlights acting from one of my favorite Pro Wrestlers, Roddy Piper. His style of quips and smart humor comes through in lite sexual innuendos. This was Piper's debut into acting, and I was interested in getting this one for a long time. If you like Piper and seeing A-Team TV style battles, you will enjoy this one. Don't expect a blockbuster, or you will be disappointed.

    One wacky movie

    My taste in movies is not like most 45 year old women. I like the strange and unusual. This flick is definitely one of those. Roddy Piper is a really good looking guy. Yummy.
