    Good yet predictable movie

    Dr. Juliet Dermer (Hillary Swank) has just split from her husband after he cheated on her and needs a new place to live. She lucks into an unbelievable apartment owned by Max (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). She moves in and begins her new life in her new location. From there things begin to happen that make her question her decision to move there. This is a pretty good movie that has a good, yet predictable plot. Swank gives a good performance as does Morgan. There are some sexual scenes that may disturb some viewers and there is some graphic violence. Also starring in the film are: Veteran Actor Christopher Lee as August, Lee Pace as Jack, Aunjanue Ellis as Sydney, Deborah Martinez as Mrs. Portes, and Mark Morocco as ER Surgeon
