Arrived quickly after shipping, was in a thin plastic bag. The box was slightly mangled but the contents appear fine and is complete. The price was as good as I’ve found and is an upgrade to my existing handle in the same line by this brand. This business used our prior contact for their ads as I’d mentioned they are good for elders with thumb arthritis, but only the more pricey model specifically. They sell no replacement parts. I’m glad to have a spare, thanks to the seller!
