Initially we thought we had sent the wrong bag. But, a rather strange set of communications continued even after we got the bag we sent back. We sent the buyer a picture a Full set of 16 sails with battens, boom, and mainsheet in the bag and then a picture with 2 full sets with 2 booms and mainsheets in the bag. yes it was tight with 2 sets but you can't do that with the stock bag. were a sailing shop by passion and always will take care of any mistake. this buyers claims were unfounded
