Printer is working great
Got my brother printer working perfectly again. Watched several how-to videos and combined parts of them to come up with the best way to do it. First I used about 3ml in each of the colors and black injecting a little at a time, moving the printhead across the paper towel each time and a fresh paper towel for each color/black, then I let it set for an hour. Then repeated the process. It took about 3-4 cleaning cycles to get all the cleaning solution out of the printhead.Got my brother printer working perfectly again. Saved me from buying a new printer
At first, I had difficulty with how to put the pieces together. Reading the directions a second time, I finally understood. After following the directions once, I printed a page and it seemed like the printer was working wonderfully. However, a few days later, when I printed something, the darkness of the printing was very uneven. Although, it is much better than printing a completely blank page which is what was happening before using the product. I guess I will try using it again. The printer cleaner was more difficult to use than anticipated. Directions were necessary and not sufficient. I needed to do some trial and error to modify the directions to be able to get the cleaner through the print head. Once done, all went well.

A great product that really works, a must have.
The cleaning kit cleaned the printer head on my HP 5520 Photosmart printer that hadn't been used in years. It wouldn't print at all using new ink cartridges until after using this printer cleaning kit. I now have a very usable printer.
