Excellent seller, item as described (supposedly a used item but it was like new), very fast shipping and well packed for shipping. I was concerned the item may be damaged in shipping but it was well protected. Would not hesitate to do business again. No contact with seller so no opinion as to how any complaints may be resolved.

LCD arrived damaged, with 4cm pressure mark on the LCD screen. LCD Screen was labelled "New" as well (it was refurbished with significant use). I tried to contact seller 4 times over a fortnight with no communication from the seller. Tried to initiate return or a partial refund, seller ignored all communication. Had to open a case with eBay to enact my Buyer Protection.Very poor experience, I do not recommend this seller.
