I've been an eBay-er (buyer, mostly) for nearly 15 years. I've met more than a few wonderful sellers in that time but no one shines more brightly than this one whether domestic USA or (here) international. No one. These laserdisc players can be very fragile. The LD tray here suffered transit damage due to unit age. Not only did the seller supply another (better quality) replacement tray, he provided a video & detailed installation instructions. May every seller everywhere be this conscientious!
