Item totally not as described. Not new without tags. Item has been washed as stinks of fabric softener. Half a mind to return it but not worth the hassle. Also, shipping was super slow even though I paid $9 to ship a light tennis skirt. Item did not arrive for ten days. Buyer beware. To the seller: why say it's new when it isn't? Don't you think people will figure it out????
