A solid little printer that does the job.
Been running on a Mac for awhile using Mountain Lion. No issues with software. Called in once to support concerning an issue of how printer displayed in the print queue, got a tech that was extremely friendly and helpful. I've owned several brands of printers, and so far this is one of the better. Prints decently on polyester label stock, although you need to limit to about five sheets at a time in the top tray. The best thing about a laser over an inkjet is that a laser can sit for a month without being used, than put out totally acceptable results, as long as you have the printer in an environment where the humidity is not high. Inkjets tend to dry out at the printer head, and become a pain if not used regularly. I also use this printer to do my mailing envelopes, using the ... Output is pretty good quality for the price. Laser printers produce print that doesn't bleed like an inkjet if you splash a bit of water on the print. Would recommend this to anyone who needs a decent medium to light duty printer.

Bought one of these on sale at a major box store on Dec 11, 2012, for a really low price. Been happy with it ever since. The best feature was a manual feed tray, giving the ability to do mailing envelopes and labels without having to change settings. Mine's been running on a Mac. No issues with software or print results. Have owned other brands of printers, so far like I this one best and top rated it based on price/value. easy set up good black and white cannot fix the error
the printer has a flaw when used on a Mac. It does not only occur with the mac but there is no cure for the mac yet. An error shows up after doing a color print that requires a restart of the printer. To fix this a firmware upgrade is required. there are firmware upgrades available however they do not work on the newer OS for the mac. The printer will work continuously in the back/white mode. After a restart the printer will make a color print but the error stops it from making the next job. I have emailed Xerox customer care and will see if they have an answerthe printer has a flaw when used on a Mac. It does not only occur with the mac but there is no cure for the mac yet. Wonderful quality.
I have owned Xerox printers since the phase-change brand was Tektronix. This is the first Xerox laser I've owned and wasn't sure if the quality would be up to the phase-change resolution I'm used to (2400dpi). I'm extremely impressed by the quality and the time to first print out. I'll have to see what the toner cartridges go for once I get there, but so far.......very impressed.

good value, easy to use and set up.
This is a nice printer, simple and intuitive to use. easy set up with windows 7. Color printing comes out very nice and rich, black and white printing is OK but a tad light on the ink saturation, copies come out better if you chose full color mode for both color and b&w print jobs. So far, no issues. Good quality for the price.
