1) seller wanted to send me a different laptop. 2)I insiste in getting what I'd ordered 3)The Dell he sent had a defective video card 4) I initiated a return 5) He went crazy and started threating me. 6) He sent me an altered bar code so that the USPS tracking was different from the actual label preventing eBay from being notified 6) I had to call eBay CS and I got the funds returned.
