Received in very well packaged box that was cut, well fitted, with packaging materials to protect the original box inside. Original box inside seems to have a dent in the corner, but does not affect the OEM packaging and protection of the product inside. Plug n Play, works directly out of box. opt to use my own batteries instead of the off-brand ones provided since there was some reports on amazon of those batteries causing fires/smoke.     Very heavy duty suprised it doesn't have higher class rating

    This thing is stout. The only reason for the 4 star rating is it is a bit sloppy, gets better with the adjustment bolt, but tolerances could be a bit better. It does stick out a ways but if you have to turn it over to get a rise, is has to be this long so the gusset will clear your bumper. This is the way I have to have it on my truck (2000 F-250) and actually fits in that perspective very well. Couple of Notes: All pins are 5/8" mine came with 4 A second hole would alow you to slide it back further when using it as a drop All the steel is solid bar stock no hollow tubing its heavy 45-50 lbs
