I received my DVD's and the quality was terrible (basically unwatchable) so contacted the seller. He was very understanding and sent me a new copy, but this turned out to be equally of poor quality. When I asked for a refund, he offered me less than a third of the price, so I am now well out of pocket. Friendly seller, but I've lost my money and am not happy at all.
