Highly recommended, Easy Setup, Amazing little TV :)
A stunning picture with tons of customization options for different viewing types (Gaming/Sports/Movies/Etc) and it adjusts it's own brightness based on the ambient light level in the room. I build computers and am pretty tech savvy (Keep this in Mind) this TV was very easy to set up completely without reading any instructions and for table use it's base is very easy to install with a phillips head screwdriver. I like that you can turn off the brightly glowing Vizio logo to save power, and it features hugely customizable closed captioning including size, brightness, color and opacity. Has a CC button on the remote so you don't have to go through the whole menu to adjust the captions. The only drawback I've seen so far is that using large sized captioning (mom is visually impaired also) ... You can easily adjust from wide to normal view with just a push of a remote button labeled "Wide" Features easy auto programming of channels and quickly connects to the internet to update it's firmware when needed. Overall I am VERY impressed with this TV, It is also lightweight (24lbs/10.8kg/1.7 Stone) so once it's out of the box it's easy to carry and move it around when hooking up all your cords.

Good Choice at reasonable price
The quality of the picture on this TV is absolutely amazing. It was simple to hook up and set up right out of the box. It accessed our home wi-fi network very easily and the quality of pictures streamed from Netflix was beautiful. No issues with connectivity at all. The menu is simple and intuitive to use. Initial set up (where you input your IP address, home address, Netflix information etc) can be a bit annyoing since the remote does not have letter keys but once done there is really no need to have to deal with that again. The only apps I have tried out so far are Netflix and Pandora. The sound quality when playing music is more than adequate for my needs. While it does not have the 120 Hz that supposedly helps while watching sports we have not noticed any issues with it being 'only' ... The quality of the picture on this TV is absolutely amazing. Initially, when connected to our old AV equipment, the picture displayed on the tv was quite poor. However, that had more to do with the VCR/DVD and cable quality than with the tv. With the older dvd player we couldn't get the picture to be quite 'right' and the automatic backlight adjustment needed to be turned off. Once we switched to a blu ray player that upscaled our dvd's the picture was absolutey amazing. So, if you are using older equipment you may not see the full potential of what this tv can do. Also, since the TV is Wi-Fi capable we bough a blu ray that was a bit cheaper since it lacked wi fi but was excellent at upscaling dvd's. Samsung BD-E5300 Blu-ray Disc Player (Black) The tv has 3 HDMI inputs, one component input and one usb input. Our kids have their Wii hooked up using the component input and a regular 3 prong AV cable and, while nowhere near an HD picture, it works. The Wii does not have the HDMI option so the picture quality is a bit disappointing for wii games. The newer version of the Wii should function just fine.

Good for $$$, Sound needing improvement***
Pretty awesome set having it be a "smart tv" with all the WiFi features/apps. The picture could be a little better but overall is great. ****THE SOUNDS- oh boy! it really really really needs improvement. And I think the manufacturer knows (probably made it suck on purpose), because at the end of the 8 page starter manual they insert a sales scheme on Sub Woofer and surround speakers, lol. OH, FYI, it doesn't come with a detailed manual. You'll have to get it from online OR from the tv's "help" menu in settings. Took me weeks to figure that out. The other issue is there aren't enough hook ups in rear unless everything you own is running HD wiring.Pretty awesome set having it be a "smart tv" with all the WiFi features/apps. great tv
Vizio has a great picture and sound. I got this for my garage as I and always in there. I like that it has so many features like facebook and youtube that you watch on the screen. I would recommend this to anyone.

Marvelous product. Great investment!
Bought for my son's birthday. Great surprise. He loves those video games on his PS3 and this tv made a world of difference in the experience. Very excited about the graphics and sound when playing the game. Beautiful color. Easy to operate. An amazing upgrade from the old tv he had. Thanks!
