First off I bought with make an offer and got what I asked for, not only that the 2 monitors were listed as open box, but when I opened the boxes these puppies are brand new. And I was smart enough to buy 2, oh and the 2 I bought was still 30 bucks cheaper than one at retail at Walmart.     Not worth the purchase

    I recently bought this laptop to gift my Fiancé for Christmas. The laptop from the start wouldn’t turn on correctly even when plugged in for hours. When it did turn on, it took forever to log into it. You couldn’t exit whatever platform was running before you logged out. I tried putting laptop fans underneath just incase it was getting to hot but that didn’t even help. Don’t buy any refurbished laptops because you never know what to expect

    VERY VERY slow amongst other issues

    Absolutely AWFUL in terms of system speed (I have a Surface 3 upgraded from Win 8 to Win 10 that is EASILY2-5 times faster), VERY erratic touch screen that doesn't register touch more often than it does, & for some reason downloads initial security updates about 5 times slower, on same cable wireless network than the Surface 3 win 10 upgrade, and a Lenovo win 8 to 10 upgrade notebook did! Initial design and keyboard response is excellent, and contrast and quality of the graphics is very good too. Plus side is 3 USB ports (VERY uncommon on convertible notebooks) & 500GB hard drive. Unfortunately the cons DEFINATELY outweigh the pros on this device!

    Good touch screen laptop for the cost

    This laptop is a good deal for the price. It maybe a little slow when first turned on, but once on for a few minutes it run good. Very good touch screen feature. Battery life is probably average.
