The laptop ordered showed up very quick and as discribed in the listing works well, only draw back is it showed up missing the power cord, I reached out and was contacted almost immediatly and given the choice of having one shipped or a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing one, I chose the refund and it was processed just a short time later (less than an hour). wou;d purchase from this seller again.
