I purchased this printer via Buy it now and messaged seller 3 times that I needed to cancel because it had no power cable. Seller didn't respond and shipped anyway. When printer came it was wrapped in a shopping bad & was dirty. I tried to return and seller declined. Caution: If you want to be covered by ebay money back guarantee always select "not as described"
