I purchased the cable on 3/6/2024 it said allow 2 to 3 days for delivery which is ok. Label made only. After that time period I emailed Brad he said got behind and would Express ship and would have it on 3/16/2024 that’s a week late. I sent him a email no response so I had to get eBay involved. Now Brad has another issue I asked Brad to refund my payment and don’t ship the item it’s way to late I bought cable from another company and will have it Monday 3/18/2024. I don’t do business like this.

Purchase was fulfilled. Item was shipped to buyer. Delivery was late but delivery attempt was made by postal service. Buyer refused delivery. In good faith a second item was shipped to buyer. Buyer again refused delivery. Admittedly there were problems with logistics affecting lead time but all was done in earnest to satisfy buyer. It is respectfully requested that feedback be upgraded as all due diligence was performed though obviously not to the timeline expectation of the buyer.
