    good little kids movie in 3d.

    I collect 3d blu rays. Or I would never have bought t his animated 3d film on blu but on that level it does succeed , small kids will enjoy this film a lot. IT's fun and aimed right at them and the 3d is good. Adults without kids who don't collect 3d films may want to shoot for something aimed more for adults. but 3d collectors , should be happy with the 3d in this film.

    Surprisingly cute movie

    Like another reviewer, I only bought this because I collect 3D movies and was not expecting much but I was surprisingly entertained. The animation is not on par with Pixar or Disney but the characters are cute and 3D made the garden setting more immersive. The storyline is quite predictable and the overall message of "it's good to be yourself" was not too original. Disturbingly, it would not be a stretch to say this film submersible propaganda for prewar Germany. The ideal militarized and conformist society under which most of the bugs live is encouraged over and over again in the film... Also, while all "good guys" have European accents ALL of the bad guys have distinctive American accents and are portrayed as rude, aggressive and war mongering. Made me chuckle a bit and I don't expect ...
