Seller described item as new in box which. Item was a high dollar Diecast car
Item arrived severely scratched from store bought napkins that the seller stuffed into the clamshell on top of the car
The clamshell was never secured with tape, so the car moved around freely during shipping causing the severe scratching on the top half of the car from the store bought napkins
Seller refused to let me return the car. Thank you EBay for reviewing this case and settling it in my favor.

The doll has a strong musty, moldy smell to it there was no mention of it in the description . Was told it would ship out one day and it didn’t ship out until . Just overall poor communication …
