Dogs & cats love it!
I have been battling my sons' dogs running thru the garden, knocking plants over and the neighborhood cats using my flower beds as their personal litter box. The dogs sniffed out this stuff and gave me the impression that they loved that I spread this out for them to enjoy. The cats have gotten more aggressive in digging in the flower bed, giving me the impression that pooping in my flower bed is no longer just a necessary duty but is now an enjoyable experience. So, bottom line, more of my money was wasted on the umpteenth thing that I have tried in my battle for control! A product that does not live up to it's claims.
I tested it on both my inside cats and there was no reaction, I then used it out side to keep dogs away from my tree and at the end of my flower garden. 3 people, at different times came by walking a total of 5 dogs and the dogs were unaffected and 3 of them lifted there leg and did there business.

Dogs will outsmart it and still be able to urinate on top of other urine spots because that is what dogs do.
Waste of money. Waste of time. The only thing that may work is to apply a dog urine odor neutralizer. This product does not cover the attractive smell of urine from other dogs and needs to be reapply after each watering.
