The Pentax AF 360FGZ shoe mount flash for Pentax cameras includes a variety of features and modes to help you get ideal light settings in a variety of settings. Use this flash with a standard lens in a studio setting to help make the most of artificial lighting. Use it with your wide angle and telephoto lenses to take great landscape images on the field. Combine this Pentax flax with your macro lens to zoom in and illuminate small objects at close range. The Pentax AF 360FGZ camera flash offers TTL flash metering, which helps control exposure automatically. This comes in handy for autofocus shooting. It also includes several different speed settings. Use it at slow sync mode to prevent blurry photos at lower shutter speeds. Use high-speed sync mode to shoot action photos with ideal exposure or create the illusion of soft lighting. Switch between front curtain sync and rear curtain sync modes to experiment with light streaking effects. This flash offers manual buttons and dials to help you customize your settings. Ths Pentax flash includes an auto power off button, which lets you turn off the P-TTL settings and use manual flash controls. The manual settings offer a 1/1 to 1/32 range. Use the P-TTL automatic mode by entering the ISO value and aperture and let the device automatically create the ideal exposure for a variety of lenses. Automatic mode is also handy for autofocus settings. The guide number of 118 feet ISO 100 at the 85mm range, which can also produce an excellent 35mm effect for classic photos. The Pentax AF 360FGZ camera flash lets you tilt the head, letting you bounce light off different surfaces in the space. In a studio, reflect light from walls, light boxes, umbrellas, background panels, and reflectors to capture fantastic photos with your lenses. Use portable reflectors, panels, and natural features such as lakes and walls to reflect light in the field. This Pentax AF camera flash takes four AA batteries, providing a steady wireless power source. This Pentax AF SLR camera flash includes four wireless channels for various flash settings. Use master flash mode to let your camera trigger the flash, letting you put your energy into working with your lens. Slave mode times the flash to go off when it senses another flash, which comes in handy when using more than one speedlight source. Several flashes triggered at the same time can cause overexposure, so slave mode can help your camera capture natural-looking light. The wireless operation uses optical pulse method. The wireless settings have an operating distance of up to 13 feet. This Pentax AF autofocus flash unit is compatible with a wide variety of Pentax cameras, including models such as the ZX, MZ, and SF. You can use it with almost any model that includes a shoe mount for flashes, but be sure to check compatibility The P-TTL standard is only compatible with Pentax cameras, so this flash is not an appropriate accessory for Canon or Nikon cameras, as these use different TTL standards. It works well with many different lens types, including macro, telephoto zoom, and wide angle zoom lenses. However, you may need an additional diffuser to get ideal lighting from your wide-angle lenses.
