Most of the items were just as described. There were just a few pieces with some of the gilt rubbed off, but I'm sure that was due to pieces rubbing against one another in the plastic bags. One or two pieces had scratches, but they were not major. Rose was especially delightful to communicate with and very timely in returning messages! And shipping was speedy! Overall, I had a great experience buying from Rose! I would buy from her store again and again!

This seller is so kind, which is rare today! I did not understand part of the description and instead of asking more questions I placed the order. When the seller was shipping, she sent a message to me to make sure I understood what I was getting. I was going to cancel the shipment, but status said shipped. Seller offered a full refund, but I offered splitting the difference on my mistake. Based on a picture of my project the seller sent me rhinestones from her own stash. Went way beyond!
