Good afternoon, the description was New without a box, the goods came to me in Ukraine, the earphone fell apart when opening the box and the case showed signs of use. The seller offered to return the goods or compensate 25% of the cost. The money was not returned, he does not respond to messages from 31.03.2024. Return shipping costs $34, which is expensive for me. attaching photo.

The item was promptly Shipped and arrived as described. In like new condition. No scratches or anything. However when I asked if it had been sent yet he .. He said he had no record of it so I'm mistakenly ordered another Charger box which I will have to return for refund But not really a big deal. It is probably my fault for not keeping better records. But I have no complaints on the product it seems to be in fine shape, And it works great.
