After my original review, the seller offered a partial ($3.00) refund if I agreed to revise the review. The seller pointed out that the testers are usually not completely full and I have confirmed this to be true. However, the condition of the tester holder/sleeve being in used or other than new condition when advertised as “new” remains the same and I guess the $3.00 partial refund was to make up for this? Bottom line, had I known I would receive what I did, I would not have made the purchase.
