Before ordering I asked the seller and they confirmed the item was 6 boxes of tea. A few days later, I receive a shipment from Amazon with 1 box of tea, not 6, and no explanation from the seller. I reached out and let them know, and they responded that they had run out of the pack of 6, so they sent 1. They offered me partial refund, but I would never have purchased just 1 box -- I can buy it cheaper at my grocery. Why didn't they contact me? I would have canceled. misleading and unprofessional

Yes my fault completely. I did not now until customer reached out, then did everything I could to make it right. I did run out had to order from AZ, and the listing there was WRONG. So I very professionally offered to make it right. I understand the customer would be a bit peeved - so was I. Too bad we could not reach an understanding.

    Great water hose**Cost is to High**

    Great water hose but cost is to high! My opinion is this hose should cost $35. I have used it several times and it has not kink yet. Only time will tell ! I RECOMMEND this garden water hose. But the cost of $50+ is to high -- cost should be no more than $35.

    Hose works but connections inferior.

    I purchased this hose to replace a lesser quality hose. The first time I screwed it into the house, hose faucet it leaked between the connection and the threaded faucet. It also leaks at the other end where the sprayer goes but I am assuming that if I purchase a new sprayer it might not leak.

    highly recommend this hose

    Classic water hose. Well constructed and heavy duty, excellent water flow! Replaced two of those "don't kink, wrapped in stainless steel" hoses that leaked and with such a small inner diameter did not move very much water in comparison with this new one.
