USPS smashed package & item during shipping which bent the vintage heart & pin so its not wearable. Will try a jeweler to repair. Although the damage was caused by USPS, the Seller should've used more packing sufficient to at least the depth of item. "Insufficient packaging" is what its called when I worked at UPS. The Seller asked me to not leave a "crappy" review (which I rarely do), but damage might have been preventable and this could help better protect items purchased by Buyers in future.
