It was not shipped properly and came in broken. When I reached out to the seller about a return and refund, without responding they did a return for half the funds. Long story short I had to tag in EBay to get them to do the right thing. You CAN’T mail makeup palettes in a simple bubble mailer and expect it to arrive in one piece. That’s amateur thinking! Think like boss and pad that palette like glass!!! I have my money back and a broken palette that was supposed to be a gift that’s now a waste
