Was advertised to have all accessories (open box is defined as all accessories included)but the rechargeable batteries were removed and not given when I contacted seller. Seller said I could return item but cost of returning and trusting on my credit back by someone that removed the batteries to begin with. I have purchased these exact headsets before and they are shipped with batteries inside the headset and only way batteries come out is if someone goes through the procedure to take them out.
