Wonderful shop to do business with! It is absolutely not the shops fault however when I purchased the watch I forgot I still had my old address on file and sent it to my old house! The same day I emailed them to give correct address however they did the shop did there due diligence and gave mail carrier the correct one however the carrier failed to update it! Wonderful shop to do business with! They answered every message to help me correct this! is returning to sender but they are fixing it
