The boombox was described as used and in working order. The cassette and the radio seemed to work great, but the CD player for some reason didn't do as well. I received the item in a timely manner with excellent communication with the seller. I returned the item because of the CD player's function. I totally believe the seller that it worked properly prior to sending. I was able to get a full refund and because of this I would still rate this as a positive experience.
