    The great book on the most solid strategy of all

    In all my years of investing I have always said that the buy and hold is the safest and most proven strategy with the lowest level of risk. This book outlines that exact strategy. 1. Buy a house for a good price make sure the numbers cahs flow positively. 2. Rent it out using smart proven techniques to minimize your risk 3. Sell it after years off appreciation for huge profits. A great book that succinctly lays out the very best strategy for long term wealth that is time tested and true.
