Sweater with defect sent, said he didn't notice. He did accept return and said he would exchange it for another sweater. Did send me a return label, but when I asked if the sweater was received he said yes but forgot to save me one as the exchange and was now sold out.
Very disappointed as this was for my soon to be 11 yr old granddaughter's birthday and I don't know if I can find another one before her birthday in my price range. My refund has already been sent, so I thank them for that.
