    Leadership on the Line by Marty Linsky, Ronald A. Heife

    Excellant book, extremely helpful and directly to the point. I have had many of the same problems occur and did not know what had happened. By reading the book I can see how I was edged out of a particular position. Heave already suggested it to many of my friends.
