The item I received was NOT new as specified. It was not only an already opened package but also the material was not only used but attempted to be modified by hacking the material with hand tools.
The seller was notified by me and no attempt of a response was made back to me.
This seller should be banned by ebay forever. Criminal activity should NEVER be rewarded.
