Mike worked with me regarding the minor discrepancies and was very kind to make it up to me by offering a partial refund or free return shipping. I decided to keep them as they still worked for my application and I’m happy with the tubes over all. Mike was reasonable and showed nothing but good communication and customer support, thanks!

Seller negotiated fairly, was prompt with delivery & the suitcase arrived well packed & unscathed. I am very happy that the suitcase is in better condition than indicated by the photographs. Seller also found a less expensive shipper (after I had paid for the transaction) & refunded me the difference. Four stars for shipping costs has nothing to do with the seller, but over $100 to ship a suitcase, just seems like a lot to me. I would definitely execute another transaction with this seller.

I've used it probably 5-6 times now since it was delivered, and so far there have been no issues of any kind. It was shipped promptly, arrived quickly, and was packaged very well.
