      It took a long time to get this book. It's in good shape but I got this after I told you to cancel the order so you can disregard that. How could it take sixteen days to get here?

      I received the order on Thurs. June 5, and mailed it from Ohio that afternoon. The tracking number shows it was delivered in the mailbox in North Carolina at 9:46 am on Mon. June 9. That's four days, not 16 days. The order cancellation request came on June 20, and I responded in about an hour with the full tracking information. This neutral feedback was posted June 21, twelve days after the Post Office shows it was delivered in the mailbox. I am glad it arrived in good shape apparently in 4 days
