Collectors item came damaged. Box all creased and dented. Seller accepted return but stated that’s how it was in pictures but clearly was not and rude to deal with. Will never buy from this seller again. For the cost of shipping they should have packed it well!

This item was double boxed, he only creases / dents on the box were there to begin with and visible in the listing pictures. Not sure if the buyer just wanted to force a return or didn't really want it to begin with, but this was manufactured for no other purpose than to nit pick. It's a great vintage used truck. The box is not the collectible, and looks incredible displayed along side it.

I did offer to keep the item with a partial refund so I can purchase a new box to go along with my display so the seller is FULL OF IT. AND THEY STILL DONT HAVE THE UPDATED PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED BOX IN THERE RE LISTING OF THIS ITEM... Good Luck and Have a Nice Day!

I haven’t opened the toy yet as I am saving it for a gift for my son. The toy box was slightly weathered, however, it was not described as brand new and it’s not something I am using as a collectible. The seller was quick and shipped right away and I had no issues. I would buy from the seller again!

The item was just what we wanted & exactly as described. However . . . shipping was slow (probably due to the Holidays) . . . and the item arrived with the glass broken. We believe that the packaging should have had better reinforcement . . . but we also wonder if maybe . . . just maybe . . . sometimes packages are “drop-kicked” across terminals? Sometimes packages sure look like they have been. So we replaced the glass & all is well.
