Bought 3-18-24, w/machine down, seller claims shipped 3-22-24. Tracking shows "tracking provided USPS still awaiting package". After 2 ebay messages & no response (POOR COMMUNICATION) & a phone call to them was told "I will call you back". I GOT NOTHING! I then ordered part somewhere else & turned in "item not received case" then & only then package begins it way to me. CAN'T USE IT, THE OTHER SELLER'S ORDER HERE 2 DAYS EARLIER. WE ARE 90 MILES APART SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE- VERY VERY SLOW SHIPPER

In the 25 years I've used eBay I can count on one hand the number of times I've left a negative feedback. Seller is very rude and while the pump sent was manufactured by an OEM supplier, it is not a branded OEM part. For proof, look at the attached pictures. Seller's response to my calling this out was, "if you purchase a bulk quantity i will be more that happy to ship it to you in a Briggs bag." There's no way I would purchase more from this seller.

Seller stated an OEM Briggs part, but it arrived and was not in an OEM Briggs & Stratton sealed bag or OEM Briggs & Stratton box. Also did not have a B&S logo or stamp on part. Shipped in a padded envelope with part laying in the envelope. Seller stated they receive bulk parts and do not come with OEM bags. I returned as I doubt it was an OEM part and ordered from another seller who shipped me a genuine OEM part in an OEM bag inside shipping envelope!
